HI HI HI HI!! I am sooo sorry, have been so busy with everything and didnt have the time to update this blog of mine and my little one is keeping me on my toes these days like you will not believe!!!
I have such great news!!!
First of all, my weight is now down to 170 and still going down slowly.. thank god!
Second of all, I got the JOB!!! I am working as ASL Consultant but got promoted to Senior ASL Consultant and I truly truly love my job.. Keeps me busy.. best of all is that I work from home!! NO DAYCARE.. Too expensive to pay per month.. it s so crazy!!

Weight-In
Well well, I am still at 173.. Still taking for a long walk with my LO everyday.. up to an hour sometimes twice a day or three times a day but I do feel sweat coming down on my skin.. no matter what.. so I guess that s a good sign!!.. WHEW!!
My old car DIED!!! The muffler fell off and it is soo embarrassed to drive home in that loud muffler!! So now have new car.. I m totally in love with it.. it s USED.. but better than nothing, dont have to worry about anything for a while!! And to be able to take my LO out of the house as well.. NO more STAYING in too much!!!.. YAYYYY!!!

Picture of my LO.. had to post it! PRICELESS!!
IT was so amazing yesturday and today.. why?? Because Rylie had her first tooth come out yesturday(found out) and today she s controlling her balance when she s sitting up today.. I wonder whats next!!??!! She loves to DANCE in her bouncer all the time, loves to be held while standing!!!
My weight at this point is still the same.. still going for walk and a bit of workout..but nothing drastic so far!

GREAT NEWS!!!
I got the job as asl consultant, which is I will be teaching deaf/hard of children asl to communicate with her/his family one on one.. I m so glad to have this job and I m gonna do my best to make them so happy and my best job!! It will be only 6 months contract to see how I am doing and hopefully it ll pass 6 months and also possibly to teach baby sign at Ottawa Deaf Center once a week on saturday mornings! ISnt that GREATTTTTTT!!!????!!!
I am currently looking for educational toys that I can use to teach children. I have a few but not many.. ahhh, I HATE shopping but I got the job so I have to do that!! And also Day Planner as well...
The job, will be three or four families per week or biweekly depending on much they need. I ll tell you where, one in south keys(south of ottawa), one in greely (yay my homearea!), one in Cornwall( I havent been there myself alone), and MAYBE in Barrhaven.. so it s pretty good.. it is only an hour per families so that is great!!!

Weight-In

Well, weight in today.. now at 173. Only lost 1 lbs in two weeks.. and I m bloating due to time of the month(AHHHHHH)
I ve worked out mainly from the yardwork..it is looking good.. halfway done.. only did the left side, will do the right side.. I will post pictures soon so you can see I did ALL that myself!! No help.. it s part of my workout and it s working ,
My Little One is so adorable everytime she wakes up from her sleeping and naptime.. always SMILE..
Oh yeah, have been going for walks every morning now(MY LO) loves it!! after breakfast, take for walk for half hour, and sweat like pig(somewhat) but it s getting there .. so only need about 22 pounds to lose!! NOT bad!!

Did you know that Butterflies are DEAF!!! I knew all along.. so I have big tattoo of four butterflies.. One is me, three small ones are my children!!

Kinda back into routine...
I ve had two days of being stiffed from yardwork and am feeling alot better today with much less stiffed!! My GOSH! How I missed workout and kinda fell out of it so I pushed myself back into it.. so I did the work out yesturday a bit and a bit more today.. I am still at 174 lbs.. ggrrrr.. and kinda hungry but is under control.. eating right foods, still..
Yesturday and the day before, I was supposed to go for walk but it was wayy too humid for me and Rylie, so hoping we ll go for walk today.. usually for 30 mins walk, and it is sunny out.
I havent bothered eat fat or high calories lately.. I just make sure I have enough calories a day for me on daily basis, even I checked the calories and i KNOW it is not over my calories because I eat fibre pretty much these days.

I m too stiff to workout today but I can only sit ups which will do that soon.. I just realized that I m totally addicted to ICONS!!! I love them..
Rylie said her first few words since two days ago.. yummmmmm and mama mama.. soo adorable to hear her voice like that!!!
Still eating right and not yet lose more.. I guess it s just stuck at that weight.. even I worked so hard yesturday in yard work.. it is only halfway done!! OMG!! So much to do!

Yard work = WORKOUT

I will be doing yard work all day which means it s also workout too.. good for my shoulder and arms and legs thighs and butt mucsules, it will be very long, hot, sweaty day because right now it s 21 and it s only 830 am!! Will be 31, feels like 34 this afternoon. It will look great once it s all done. I ve done some bit of work in front of the house which I will later post picture so you can see what I ve done.. The yard, I ve took pic but not yet post, I want to wait til it s before/after photos so You can see how much work I ve done but I know it wont be done in a DAY! But I can try!! Related to workout.. so that s a good way!!

Takin' a break today

I m taking a break today from workout until tonight or tomorrow morning because it s hot outside and I want to grab some tan as much I can today, I dont want to look WHITE.. so I will be back to workout.. still feels great.. just a bit of headache today. Spending time with Rylie, will go out shopping this afternoon with marc...
I will be doing some workout as doing the yard so it is part of it.. workout AND tan!! LOL..

My Dinner!
This is what I had for dinner today as I mentioned earlier, was going to try it out.. LOVED IT!! Tasted really good.. had fresh bread mixture with olive oil and parlsey on it.. it s so yummy!! I saved some for tomorrow.. then had small dessert.. and gonna have a tea soon then go for a walk again after I feed Rylie her dinner so can burn it off!! LOL.

July 5th

Great day.. been busy all morning and all day, including workouts and long walk with my daughter.. ate right meals and as of this moment, having pasta (it s new one.. all veggies side plus), no milk just water.. am trying that one out.. see if I like it.. in fact , no butter, isnt that great..only 1 tbsp of olive oil! amazing..
It was really good long walk with my daughter this morning and of course did the workout in the morning and started work outside yard to add more exercise!! ;o)

My goodness, I feel soo tired for some reason today.. Did the workout this morning.. ate good, drank water, went for walk with my daughter for half hour(sweating) and got home, pooped out on couch but told myself to get up which I did, and I feel sweaty everywhere, house is cool..wanna nap.. thinking about having a nap while Rylie goes down for nap. We ll see...
AHHHH, the workout is starting to get to me today but am gonna tough it out and stick to it.. four pounds in four days (isnt that too fast) I wasnt starving or anything, just eating right and workouts. UMMM*thinking*.... I dunno.
Anyways, have a great day!! Gonna be Hot hot hot this weekend! I m trying to get a bit of tan which is hard to do!!

Today weight in lost two more lbs.. so it s from 176 down to 174!! By eating right and workout.. I m kinda proud of it but still need more to go!

Fourth DAY!!
Hey there!, Today s fourth day and I am still working out!! Mins has increased to 15 mins in morning and 30 mins in afternoon.. my body is getting better, no more in pain. Muscles are developing.. and I ve lost few inches off my bustline and waisteline but hipline remains the same!
Drank alot of water, good food to watch.. Today will get more healthy food and know what to eat and not to eat.. which it s great!!
I feel so wonderful after workout!
Most my legs and my butt and tummy, I feel difference.. tummy - a bit flat than before.. my butt- a bit hard! My legs- are strong and hard!
I m impressed with some of the workout I got..

I am sweating alot today, using dance mat that s hooked to t.v and it is so much fun and tiring a bit for my legs but it is great workout!!! I love it!!
I ve made up food charts to write down on what I ate for the day like Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner and snack.. sound good.. I also made up chart for date and weight in so I can weight in every week to see I am doing and the process too.
Today is the third day of workout.. my body is slowly adapting to develope the muscles now and the most pain and sore are in my legs muscles but today was better than yesturday.. I m toughing it out.
So far so good for me today. I seems kind of cant stop working out.. I guess it s because I only do when Rylie s napping. LOL

I ve decided...
I ve decided to do some of the workout in the mornings and in the evenings instead.. I realized that my body is still in sore stage but eventually it ll improve in the next few days..
So far, I ve drank 4 coffee 5 glasses of water, wheat bagel, 4 pieces of carrots, a small bowl of torillia chips, 1 and 1/2 bacon sandwiches and going to have a cup of tea.
Will begin workout tonight this time for extra 2 mins -3 mins per..

This morning
Hey! It s 815 am, just done workout and My muscles are a bit sore but stuck to the workout this morning anyways.. Only had two cups of coffee this morning and will change to water shortly. I feel so great working out. I just hope that I can keep this up!! I was shocked to see that I've lost three pounds already.. from 179 to 176.. I was confused how that can be. So I thought ohh maybe because of workout yesturday and broke out in sweat in each workout and drank water and eating right.. maybe??!!
I will be back for Midday post! I like to update as much as I can!

Tonight
It is 8 pm here, Happy Canada's Day by the way! I did the workout (three or four different ones for one min each) and I m soo exhausted, burned out, kinda sore (not bad) and I had to keep reminding me it s so worth it and stick to it no matter what!!
For the day meals, I know it s not good but at least I tried.. a bagel(wheat), four pieces of carrots, a bowl of cereal(a bit of milk but no SUGAR), 5 glasses of water a day(so far) and dinnertime had veggies(red and green peppers with carrots) cooked on bbq along with steak. that was at 5 pm and I m not that hungry but I think should have a small snack. Continue with water. A cup of tea.

Midday workout
Well, right now it s 250 pm.. I did work out (two different ones ) earlier this afternoon.. I can feel intense in my body and broke out in sweat a bit.. Two glasses of water so far.. after the morning workout, I went for a ride with Marc and drank two cups of coffee so it is getting better now, telling myself to drink water and eat 5 small meals a day which it is hard to do!!
I know I will be working out tonight this time it will be jazz dance workout. I love to dance so it is perfect for me to do that!! LOL..

OH MY GOD!
Today is the first day of workout and oh my god! AM I OUT OF SHAPE!! BUT I broke out in sweat so that s a good sign, isnt it??!!
So far I did four different workouts for one min per workout. Will do again tonight after my daughter goes to bed..
BUT, I probably will do a bit of workout in old fashion way..to keep it up and stick to it.. and drink PLENTLY of water today and I ve only had first cup of coffee and second will be my last for today so I can cut back on coffee and start drinking water. I know I will be walking alot since I ve always do that anyways.

Tonight at 1130 pm!
Well, I ve been thinking about wanting to lose weight.. So I decided to print workout charts and start doing it tomorrow morning and hopefully to stick to it this time..
I am at currently 179lbs ( I was pissed off because I gained 6 lbs back after I found out tonight) Just last week I was @ 175 which took me 5 months to take that off and just got stuck at 175 for so long!! AHHH
So, I ve stopped drinking coke for a quite while now, BUT I am too addict to COFFEE which I know I have to cut back!!
