OH MY GOD!

Today is the first day of workout and oh my god! AM I OUT OF SHAPE!! BUT I broke out in sweat so that s a good sign, isnt it??!!
So far I did four different workouts for one min per workout. Will do again tonight after my daughter goes to bed..
BUT, I probably will do a bit of workout in old fashion way..to keep it up and stick to it.. and drink PLENTLY of water today and I ve only had first cup of coffee and second will be my last for today so I can cut back on coffee and start drinking water. I know I will be walking alot since I ve always do that anyways.
