Fourth DAY!!

Hey there!, Today s fourth day and I am still working out!! Mins has increased to 15 mins in morning and 30 mins in afternoon.. my body is getting better, no more in pain. Muscles are developing.. and I ve lost few inches off my bustline and waisteline but hipline remains the same!
Drank alot of water, good food to watch.. Today will get more healthy food and know what to eat and not to eat.. which it s great!!
I feel so wonderful after workout!
Most my legs and my butt and tummy, I feel difference.. tummy - a bit flat than before.. my butt- a bit hard! My legs- are strong and hard!
I m impressed with some of the workout I got..
