It is 8 pm here, Happy Canada's Day by the way! I did the workout (three or four different ones for one min each) and I m soo exhausted, burned out, kinda sore (not bad) and I had to keep reminding me it s so worth it and stick to it no matter what!!
For the day meals, I know it s not good but at least I tried.. a bagel(wheat), four pieces of carrots, a bowl of cereal(a bit of milk but no SUGAR), 5 glasses of water a day(so far) and dinnertime had veggies(red and green peppers with carrots) cooked on bbq along with steak. that was at 5 pm and I m not that hungry but I think should have a small snack. Continue with water. A cup of tea.
