Midday workout

Well, right now it s 250 pm.. I did work out (two different ones ) earlier this afternoon.. I can feel intense in my body and broke out in sweat a bit.. Two glasses of water so far.. after the morning workout, I went for a ride with Marc and drank two cups of coffee so it is getting better now, telling myself to drink water and eat 5 small meals a day which it is hard to do!!

I know I will be working out tonight this time it will be jazz dance workout. I love to dance so it is perfect for me to do that!! LOL..
