Tonight at 1130 pm!

Well, I ve been thinking about wanting to lose weight.. So I decided to print workout charts and start doing it tomorrow morning and hopefully to stick to it this time..
I am at currently 179lbs ( I was pissed off because I gained 6 lbs back after I found out tonight) Just last week I was @ 175 which took me 5 months to take that off and just got stuck at 175 for so long!! AHHH

So, I ve stopped drinking coke for a quite while now, BUT I am too addict to COFFEE which I know I have to cut back!!
