I ve decided to do some of the workout in the mornings and in the evenings instead.. I realized that my body is still in sore stage but eventually it ll improve in the next few days..
So far, I ve drank 4 coffee 5 glasses of water, wheat bagel, 4 pieces of carrots, a small bowl of torillia chips, 1 and 1/2 bacon sandwiches and going to have a cup of tea.
Will begin workout tonight this time for extra 2 mins -3 mins per..

This morning
Hey! It s 815 am, just done workout and My muscles are a bit sore but stuck to the workout this morning anyways.. Only had two cups of coffee this morning and will change to water shortly. I feel so great working out. I just hope that I can keep this up!! I was shocked to see that I've lost three pounds already.. from 179 to 176.. I was confused how that can be. So I thought ohh maybe because of workout yesturday and broke out in sweat in each workout and drank water and eating right.. maybe??!!
I will be back for Midday post! I like to update as much as I can!
